Homeschool Family Resources
Turn writing lessons into meaningful connections.
Whether you're looking for a hands-on writing enrichment activity or guided lesson plans that fit naturally into your homeschool routine, Heartpost Studio makes it easy for children to practice real-world writing through the timeless experience of sending handwritten letters.
Why Homeschool Families Love Letter Writing
Handwritten letters combine language arts, life skills, and meaningful connection in one memorable activity. Instead of writing just to complete an assignment, children write with a real purpose - to encourage, thank, connect, and share with someone they care about.
Letter writing naturally helps children practice:
✏️ Writing, grammar, and composition
💌 Real-world communication skills
🌎 Geography, history, and cultural awareness
❤️ Empathy, gratitude, and kindness
📬 Practical life skills like addressing envelopes and mailing letters
Best of all, it creates memories your child - and their recipients - will treasure for years to come.

Each Little Letter Box includes beautifully coordinated stationery, envelopes, stickers, an address book, and more - making it easy to turn writing practice into something children genuinely look forward to.

Perfect for families teaching multiple children at different grade levels together.
Choose the themes that interest your family - each lesson is designed to stand on its own, so you can mix and match without following a set sequence.
Current lesson themes:
❤️ Kindness Mail - Kids write uplifting notes to family, friends, or neighbors, building empathy while they practice writing. A sweet way to turn a letter into someone's good day.
🧒 Family Connection - Children put appreciation for a parent or caregiver into words, moving from a simple compliment toward a fully supported claim as they get older.
🌍 Mail Around the World - Explores how a letter actually travels the globe, pairing writing practice with a mini geography adventure. Great for curious kids who want to know where their mail goes next.
⏳ Time Capsule - Kids write a letter to their future selves, then seal it away to open months or years later. A simple way to make writing feel personal, and worth saving.
📬 The Heartpost Letter Club

Keep the adventure going all year long.
Each month, your child will receive a themed Happy Mail bundle filled with beautifully coordinated stationery, a new adventure story, a personal letter from Pip the carrier pigeon, fun surprises, and everything needed to write and mail two real letters.
Homeschooling families can also add an optional Adventure Guide - inspired by that month's story, built around a simple 5-step framework (Read Together, Explore, Create, Connect, Share) that turns each story into real conversation, a guided physical activity, a hands-on project, and a reason to write a letter about it. Every guide includes age-tiered activities for ages 4–6, 7–10, and 11+, so it works for a quick 15-minute activity or a deeper 45-minute enrichment lesson layered onto your current learning calendar. It's an optional add-on for $5/month.
Teaching more than one? Add up to four children to a single monthly bundle for $5 per additional child — each with their own supplies, sharing one story and one Adventure Guide.
It's an easy way to keep writing fun long after the first Little Letter Box.
